App Guide

TopConverter mostly uses the simple row-detail information flow common to many applications on the iPhone. For most conversions;
- The user selects the desired system to go to the 'Convert' page
- On the convert page the user taps 'Units' to flow to the picker selector with which to select the measure to convert from and that which to convert to. Note that there are two columns; the first for the top textField and the second for the second textfield. (if the Toggle Tripletaneous Button is active there will appear a third column accordingly)
- In the 'Convert' view if the required measures have been selected the user may go ahead and enter the value to be converted into any of the textFIelds by tapping within the textField to produce the number keypad.
- Values contained in the textFields will be retained until the next time the measurement system is selected (also retained between program sessions).
- The next program session begins within the system in which it was last exited.
- Click on the calculator button in the 'Convert' view to call up the in-built calculator. The value in the top textField transfers to the calculator. After the user manipulates the calculator for the desired value, returning to the 'Convert' view automatically copies the new value into the top textField in the 'Convert' view.

Some Special cases;

>Clothing View
1. Select Male/Female, Then choose clothing item / shoe / ring.
2. Then, Choose 1st Region & Size to convert.
3. Then, select 2nd Region to convert size into.
CAUTION:
Note to online buyers and sellers: Because of the many discrepancies between sizing systems and the differences between manufacturers, it is never a good idea to buy clothes based solely on these conversions. Sellers should measure the clothes and list in centimeters and inches, and buyers should request this information to compare to their clothes.
For shoes; Sellers should measure the inside of the shoe heel to toe and list in centimeters and inches, and buyers should request this information to compare to their own shoes.

>Volume's Cooking
This is a static page that displays measurement volumes, oven heat conversions, cooking pan sizes & as well as common kitchen abbreviations as a quick cooking reference to aid in the kitchen in conjuction with the volume & weight conversions already available in the application.

>Calculator & Interface
The calculator has been designed in to allow more flexibility in using the converter. Any number within the first TextField gets copied into the calculator for use within the calculator. You can also copy a value from any other textField or iTouch/iPhone application and paste this value onto the calculator for use, although this value must be a number. The M1 - M5 keys are for storing numbers between sessions. The number stored is visible above the individual key and can passed back into the calculator when this corresponding key is pressed. This action simulteneously deletes the number. Hence, to retain this number yet, user presses this button again after passing it onto the calculator textField.
Finally, on return to the convert field the final value on the calculator is copied back into the first TextField of the converter.

>Custom View
Custom view is the interface for arbitray conversions which may not be a standard measure. For instance, a user may store black a market value for currency conversion for a short while, whereby values are simply entered into one field very quickly to derive answers for analysis.
The operators include the Division(D), Multiplication(M), Addition(A) and the Subtraction(S). To operate, first press the letter for any of the four operators mentioned above (D,M,A,S) and followed by number value representing the quantity you want to apply in the conversion.
Example: To find the value of several quantities when divided by 73.2719, just press 'D' and then type '73.2719' into the formula textField, and subsequently any number you type into any of the ordinary textFields are 'Divided by 73.2719'.
